John Received his Bachelor of Laws from the U. of S in Saskatoon. He also received his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts in Economics (cum Laude) from the U. of S.
John is certified by the Law Society of Saskatchewan as a mediator. Mediation Services are Provided by John as an alternate dispute resolution in all areas including custody, access, maintenance and property division in the area of family law, shareholders and partnership disputes in the area of corporate law, employment grievances or termination in the area of labor law, as well as disputes in other areas.
John's involvements include: Rotary (President 1993-94, Paul Harris Fellow Multiple), BBB - Better Business Bureau of Saskatchewan, SBA - Sutherland Business Association (President 1993), Knights of Columbus, Catholic Family Services (1985-91Board Member), Saskatoon Association for Community Living (1991-93 Board Member). John is involved with his family in the community, school and church.

John's practice is not limited to any particular area and is involved in all areas of law including business law. Cases in which he has been involved have resulted in unique and innovative development of the changing law.

David received his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan (2010). He also received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology (cum Laude) from Your University (2006).
David's practice is focused on litigation, mainly in family law.
David is also certified collaborative lawyer, and he also provides mediation services. Thus far, David has provided mediation services for SGI, as well as in other areas including family law, and corporate litigation.
David is involved in the following community roles:

- Recess Guardians-board member (2014 - present)
- Sask Sport Appeal Panel - decision-maker
- Federal Department of Justice Family Law Information Centre -volunteer family law information provider

Adelle Anderson received her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan and her Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Okanagan Bible College. As a former real estate paralegal with over 9 years’ experience working in law firms, Adelle enjoys working in the law.
Adelle has a general practice of law in the areas of Real Estate, Family, Business, and Estates and Estate Planning. Adelle has experience as a court lawyer as well as in negotiating agreements. She has taken and continues her education in interdisciplinary collaborative family law.
Adelle is also an active participant in her community with a passion for homeschooling education and volunteering with her church. She enjoys helping by being the Parish Council Chairperson, organizing events such as garage sales, and working with children and youth.
For fun Adelle is an avid gamer. She actively participates in a group role-playing various characters, as well as playing board games and computer games. In addition to the challenges of raising a family, she is acutely aware of issues people face living with a chronic illness.

Maryna Kostovska joined Benesh Bitz & Company in March 2017 as an articling student after earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan. She was called to the bar in 2017. Maryna began her law career as an attorney-investigator for the Prosecutor’s Office of Chernihiv region, Ukraine, followed by obtaining her commerce and law degrees in Ukraine. Maryna and her family immigrated to Canada in 2007. Maryna and her family have now established own contracting company and deeply ingrained in social and business life in Saskatoon. Maryna’s practice encompasses incorporating companies, advising on corporate governance, and purchase and sale transactions. Maryna also assists and advises clients regarding wills, estate planning, commercial and residential real estate, contacts, and wrongful terminations. Prior to joining Benesh Bitz & Company, Maryna worked at the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission and now provides legal support on human rights issues.

В 2014 році Марина закінчила Юридичний Коледж Університету Саскатчевана. Марина свободно владеет украинским, русским и английським языками. Марина специализируется на купли-продаже недвижимости, строительстве и консультирует клиентов по различным юридическим вопросам, касающихся завещаний и опеки над пожилыми людьми, усыновления, дискриминации прав человека, включая дискриминацию на основании языка и национальности, а также незаконного увольнения с работы и разрешения споров в досудебном и судебном порядке. Другая сфера практики Марины включает корпоративные вопросы ведения бизнеса, в частности, создание юридических лиц и правовое сопровождение бизнеса.
