  • The Rural Municipality of Sasman No. 336 (2016 population: 765) is a rural municipality (RM) in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan within Census Division No. 10 and SARM Division No. 4.
  • The subject property is located north of Highway # 49. A grid road bisects the highway and runs along the East side of the property. It is approximately 10 km SE of Kelvington and 200 km East of Saskatoon.
  • The site has utilities including telephone, power, and natural gas but are not currently active. Power goes to a pole in the yard. Capable of 200amp service. Gas service comes to the south side of the house but was never hooked up inside the house.   
  • There is a former artesian water well site located north of the house. The well was originally 150 feet deep with rock cribbing. The well has not used for approximately 40 years.
  • There are 3 steel bins: 1800-bushel Butler bin (the condition of the floor of the flat-bottom bin is not known); and 2 Twister 2250-bushel hopper-bottom bins with skids. The bins are located on the SW 33-36-10-W2 all in “as is” condition. To be moved as a condition of closing.
  • The land title is a fee simple interest and is property of the Violet Elizabeth Swartz estate. The Administrator has the approval of the beneficiaries to sell the property, is in contact with the beneficiaries, but will require a period of time after the closing of the tender to obtain the beneficiaries' approval of the final sale.
  • Clear title will be provided without representation as to be a condition of the property. The structures and contents of the structures are sold in an “as is” condition. Those submitting a tender are responsible to make their own inquiries as to the suitability and fitness for purpose of the subject property.
